Generally good service, with generally cheap prices. Only issue I had (back in 2013) was a product (on the Screwfix website though) not as actually described.

Quick to get served, very efficient! Had what I wanted, the only criticism was only one catalogue to look through they this may have been because of current safety reasons.

Very convenient facility provided by Screwfix to get those parts you need. Easy online order system with same day or next day collection offered. And comparing prices, seem to be good value for money too. Get a text when order ready in your local store. Pleasantly laid out customer area with full compliance with modern day upheaval. Very pleasant and helpful staff behind the sort of screens you used to see in banks years ago. A sign of the times unfortunately, and stores have no choice in the matter. In summary, great store, fully up-to-date.

Polite and friendly staff, did not have the app or ordered online, so took, a little longer than it could have, also covid rules still apply in store. The stuff I needed was out of stock in BnQ, part of same group, and cheaper at Screwfix, who knew, have shopped here before but a while ago, easy to find especially from A55.

After driving 25 miles to collect vital spares fot my disabled shielding parents to keep them warm in their home, I was met with very rude staff. Clearly need disability training!!Conwy to Bangor to get the goods to them in Holyhead. The order had been PAID for already. We have used screw fix for 10years plus. Never again after the terrible behaviours today. We will use other trade shops from now on.They wouldn't release the order despite having id, proof of address, email and speaking my disabled mother over the phone and demanded she leave her home and bring herself to the shop.Not my problem love attitude. I asked them to post the order to urgently and again met with not my problem.Shop elsewhere to avoid being treated like dirt and note your custom is not appreciated in this store. Good website, easy to collect or deliver.10/10 for convenience. Prices are good if you choose carefully. Not everything is competitive, but there are bargains if you look.
