Their standards are second to none and the service you receive is of the highest quality. I have my nails done by Heidi and I look forward to every single appointment with her! She is the biggest perfectionist I know, therefore my nails come out perfect every single time. Heidi makes you feel extremely comfortable and nothing is ever too much for her. I honestly think the relationship with your nail tech is such an important one and I’m so glad I’ve found Heidi.I also receive bespoke facials from Kirsty and before coming to Luna, I had no idea about skincare or how important it is, from hearing Kirsty talk about skin to her clients over getting their nails done, made me want to have a facial! I didn’t think it was something I would keep up with but that’s because I knew nothing about skin. After my first facial, I saw how passionate Kirsty was about skin and skincare and how beneficial it is.
