Used this garage for an oil service, 1 week later noticed an oil leak, when back they had the car for 2 days, had to hire a car, was told it was just where they had changed the oil and it was trapped in the tray, got it home still leaking oil, ...... £3000 later we found the problem the oil filter was over tightened causing the housing to Crack

Explained I had gearbox problem and dropped off as requested. Four and a half days later told ' yes its a gear box issue but we don't do gearboxes ...'I was then charged 40 quid plus for one hour of 'looking at the car' ? Yes owner is polite BUT has no respect for the wasted time and inconvenience it caused me. It is simple to organise the work: look at diary, book a time slot for customer and diagnose issue for repair. Not drop your car off for an indefinite amount of time to supposedly look at a problem that we know we can not fix anyway and then charge for non service.
