First time ordering Sunday dinner and unfortunately last, most of it inedible, tasteless and watery, delivery driver was rude and in a very bad mood, much nicer Sunday dinners available for delivery but thought that we would try Roma as they use to be very good.

It pains me to say but your Sunday lunches, although good value for money are tasteless and lack that special ingredient that will make me want to return. A little bit of care and attention would go a long way to make your meals enjoyable.

Ordered dinner from here first time last week and reordered again this time.
Big portions and I don?t eat peas and cabbage so just left them off.
Love the cauliflower cheese and good portion size for gravy!

Dodgy chicken nugget with black bit in it. Chopsy staff very rude. Asked for battered sausage got normal jumbo. When I asked for a new one or a refund the staff gave me a mouth full. Such bad service had to wait for 30 minutes as they don?t sell chips till 4. Very disappointing. Very angry. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. What kinda chip shop don?t sell chips till 4!!! Shame on you!!

Total rip off. Overcharged, wrong order, food inedible and no chips with large cod, (large? ha,ha,ha) at £12.15. As usual they are never wrong. Check my TripAdvisor post, with photo under Reaper7. One price in store, second, increased price ordering online.

I've Been a customer here for over 5 years ....will not be using nit again...£36 for 3 uneatable Sunday.lunches ...watery gravy...rock hard roast potatoes..bland cabbage ..peas and carrots ....cauliflower cheese ...lookalike ...not cauliflower cheese as they used to serve it ...its become to successful and now they just throw it out ..such a pity ....have to find somewhere new ..if I didn't live in Swansea I'd of took it back ......awful food.....management please feel.free to reply

The theme is good, also the food is pretty good as well but it?s not too accessible as the size is rather small but overall a good chip shop!

Regarding your delivery service with Deliveroo, you recently blamed the drivers for mixing up our food order. Do the drivers actually pack the food in the correct bags? I find that hard to believe. If we had the wrong order then someone else had our order. My husband phoned you to explain this and all you did was blame the driver. What you should have done is sent out the correct food to us but you did nothing. Disappointed as money is tight these days and takeaways are a luxury.
