Ordered food on the 31/12/24 at 16:45 via online order for delivery at 17:30 order never showed up no answer when tried ringing from 18:00. Kept ringing and looks like my number got blocked in the end. Appalling customer service avoid at all costs!!

Ordered food for myself and my brother tonight as, it says on the app and on Google that they are open, have now been waiting nearly two hours for a burger meal and some loaded fries, tried ringing - about 20 times mind you, the shop to get any details on how long it may take, and either no one has answered or has hung up the call, I'm usually a very satisfied regular customer, but this has been a bad experience tonight.(Update - now been over 2hrs and tried calling over 40 times to receive no answer, absolutely disastrous customer service)

Quick service. Brill.chep no the one up the road cheaper. I had 5 chips with my meat and chips. They said ohhh got more meat. Thats More expensive.

Best thing to ever exist, i am pepinos pizza gorseinon's number one fan, if pepinos pizza were to stop existing so would I, the food is like a small taste of heaven and the owner is an absolute GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) the best pizza place, no the best food place in the world, god bless you pepinos, god bless
