FANTASTIC!!!!! We had lunch here, the place was very busy, we didn't think we would get room, but we were shown to a table, our drinks order taken and the menu's brought promptly. The choice is excellent, prices are very reasonable. My husband chose the Beef Madras and I chose the Cod. The food arrived, and it was lovely and hot, served on hot plates. Everything was so tasty, thank you - can't wait to go back.

A friend recommended The Raven to us and we weren't disappointed. Simply the nicest meal we have had in a long time. The quality of food is amazing and the servings are very generous. Staff were attentive and happy to accommodate dietary requirements. We will definitely return!

We went for a meal this evening. The food was very nice, the service was excellent and the fizz was lovely. Very reasonably priced, we will go back soon.

Food reasonably priced and very nice but drinks were expensive... 2 pints of Coors and 2 halves of Corona nonalcoholic drinks £20.00..too expensive to stay there longer

Pre booked table for Christmas get together. Miserable manager and even worse manageress. Food average not great. Cold in the restaurant. Overcharged significantly and no apology forthcoming. Customer service needs addressing.

One of the best meals I?ve ever had!!! I had the mussels to start which were so tasty! Then the ribs steak combo, out of this world food!!!! Value for money is incredible!!! Even my sons chicken goujons and chips were amazing !

Stopped off for lunch outside after a nice walk. Honestly food was outstanding. Best meal I?ve had out! I had the missisipi combo and it did not disappoint! ?

Having not had a Sunday lunch since Xmas I was gagging for a dinner it did not disapoint my only criticism was the swede was ot mashed but that might be me being ultra fussy.will certainly go again.

The food was absolutely lush I had steak cooked perfect for me chips were home made just how I like them staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us . Thank you will deffo be back

Booked in fir the 2 pm sitting and OMG it was the best around by a absolute Mile . Beef was to die for and the gravy was just a thing of beauty - I've rebooked for this Sunday and honestly can't wait

Visited Tuesday lunchtime we were a table of 6 plus children and they food was outstanding , lovely presentation and lots of flavours too. Would definitely recommend and can?t wait to visit again

We visited the Raven Inn for a family meal with two fussy teenagers!! The meals were lovely homemade chips were fantastic!! Even the teenagers were pleased. The restaurant was full which was great to see and the staff were busy but this did not affect service. Will definitely be visiting again soon !
