Just did online shop from Iceland, but received order from the food WAREHOUSE. Ordered Warburton's soft pitta breads, but received Iceland's own pitta breads. There was a note with delivery from Kevin, the store manager, saying if not completely satisfied to contact the team on the store phone number. Well I tried over 2 hours, before someone from 'the team' answered. I explained we only like the soft pitta bread, and wouldn't be eating the ones sent. He advised it was a substitution and there was nothing that could be done. It's the pickers who use the scanner. But after taking my name he advised he would tell the pickers to 'look out' for my name in the future. I'm left with a product my family won't eat, and there is also a price difference as I bought a premium brand, not a store one? No mention of adjustment to that. I suggested they do as other supermarkets do and allow customers to refuse substitutions. I've shopped online at Iceland many times, with my shopping coming from Iceland rather than food warehouse, and Wigan Iceland is the closest to me. Don't think I'm going to be shopping here online anytime soon.

Some great bargains. Tuesday is pensioners day, you get 10 per cent off!!! Most named brands on offer, watch out for the multi buys, I find them really good.
Any saving is a bonus these days. Good hunting.
