Was absolutely terrible, my mother phoned up this morning to book an appointment for me and my brother!! My brother is struggling too breathe as his throat is swollen from tonsillitis and I?m struggling with my mental health, wouldn?t book us in for an appointment and told us it was our fault for phoning up too late (this was 08:15 am) 15 minutes after opening!! Worst doctors ever, I?m struggling with my mental health and adhd which I got diagnosed with at a young age and all they have done is passed me off too get tested for adhd again like it can go away

Credit where credit is due I feel this practice has turned a corner. The admin team have always been very helpful and friendly but access and GP input I felt was quite poor, probably due to being overloaded with work. The practice has taken on another GP and since then I cannot fault the practice.

A shockingly poor doctor's surgery. Service is non-existent. Appointments never run on time. Every enquiry seems like a complete inconvenience. Choose a different surgery if you can.

Why we can't get doctor when we need . I am not well for 2 weeks nobody answered for phone call. My kids dad passed away because was refused by G.P to have blood test done. Please answer your phone when people ring.

This place is a perfect example of how terrible some GP surgery's have become in the UK. Doctor who is very reluctant to actually do his job and see patients. He wants to hide away in his office and phone sick patients instead. For 3 weeks, I tried unsuccessfully to get an appointment in person for my ill 5 year old child. The doctors and nurses in A&E departments are under extreme pressure because GP surgery's are not doing their job. If it is impossible to get an appointment with a GP then where do you go? A&E.

They are not a very good surgery. They gave out an incorrect appointment time and could not reaccomodate on the day. Had to take further time off work weeks later. But this is just a long list of issues. They kept up the phone only appointments long after the GPs were told to offer face to face. The doctors there are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They just send you for blood tests and don't follow these up. There is a female doctor there but she is very good. Its the male doctors that seem to be in a constant bad mood. I'd reccomend finding a GP anywhere else.

My opinion -10 I call 2 day for appointment to doctors all the time say doctors call back and nothing. Funking shet system, people pay insurance but I don't know for what??? Shet doctor, shet system

Terrible anesthesia, I hope karma comes back to those who work there! I hope that there will be someone who will sort it out, a hard-working man who pays taxes and insurance so that he can't get to the doctor once every few years!!! How can you sleep peacefully without worrying about refusing someone medical help!

From 2015 with the clinic.if you dont call for medical care your perfect. Diacnostic my douter with flu later she was in the hospitat. Receptionist give diacnostic and hang up phone in my face. Didnt recived medical care theat day. Kapur said i dont have time for ypu and come back when your bleading. Laknis cant giv a diacnostic and he s clules abaut wath diacnostic i have. Stoped my medication and is puting my life in danger. Doctors said whe dont put diagnostic.

Terrible customer service, impossible to see anyone and that's after being on the phone for almost an hour as position 1 in the que like what are your doing ! Possible cancerous mole that's been bleeding an going discoloured an growing fast in size (had this before so not exaggerating) yet can't see anyone, email us a picture an we will see if we can see you ... yet they can see I've been through this before an got lucky last time removing it quick . What are we paying NHS for .. we at the point if anything is wrong just go a&e because at least you will get a service ya paying for an seen to
