So today I ordered over a £35.00 meal and wow It was shocking the food was terrible I asked for it to be toasted not 1s had any of them been toasted also I got some chilli heat wave Doritos with cheese and the paper had most of it? also I got some waffle fries and wow they where like eating a rubber tire.. when I ask for a refund they send me £1.15 to my bank I?ve payed well over that for this meal and my dogs food looks 10-times better than what this looked for £35 I was expecting a little better and for how long it took my food should have been nice n warm what was the driver doing popping a few shops before making his delivery am shocked ? terrible place and won?t be going to this subway again ?

We called into the Subway yesterday on our way back from North Wales, it was around 11am. We only wanted a latte each. On asking for 2 lattes we were told by the staff (male), ' I have to check if we have milk'. Staff then came back to say, 'sorry we have no milk', and that was it. Nearby there was a Tesco Express and and Aldi, we were gobsmacked with the response of there being no milk. I mean, is this it for the rest of the day, just no milk for anyone wanting a hot drink, needless to say we will not be stopping at this Subway again, sorry.

Great and patient service while i eventually decided what i wanted, also i was asked what i normally have and made recommendations based on that. Food was good. Clean and tidy.Parking: Not much space in front but bit paid car park behind

Rubbish!!! Every single time I order from here it's wrong and I end up having to go into the store to sort it out or phone to complain!! There are items completely missing or swapped out for something I did not want! I received a "veggie delight" in last week's order full of chicken!!!!!!!!! We waited nearly 2 hours for our order and now the food is freezing!!! What is the problem with the cheese? You pay for double cheese and its a sprinkle at best!! I could buy a whole block for the price you charge for said sprinkle!! Not ordering from here again, I'm sick of paying through the nose for such rubbish produce!!
