“We were absolutely desperate for repair to our ageing car that had just been failed by another garage for its MOT ?That is a whole other story which will be reviewed seperately in as damning a way as possible.So we have a vehicle with supposedly 2 major faults that make it too dangerous to drive and no method of fixing it because some moron claims they can't get the parts (loosely translated into 'can not be bothered to do the job nor get the parts').A&A garage gallop to the rescue with the name of a company to deal with the exhaust (yet another favourable review). A&A then fixed the drive shaft which had been condemned and put the car through a further MOT which it passed!The moral of the story - always check reviews posted by customers before getting a job done.We were absolutely very lucky this time because this car might have been written off for scrap because somebody was too bloody lazy to make an effort to telephone a couple of suppliers.Thank heaven Arthur of A&A garage never considered there was any major issue and just got on with the job like a mature mechanic. This has saved us about £20,000 - we know we will have to spend it but that brief breathing space has been essential.We should now be able to get away for Christmas with family that we haven't seen in years.Thanks for the support by A&A Garage Holywell.”
