Let my hamd luggage on the coach after our transfers and Jones Holidays kept it safe and secure for me. The seats are super comfy on the coach, I kept nodding off while trying to watch the Liverpool match on my phone.

Just back from Parisian Chateaux tour. A fabulous holiday despite the rain. Hats off to Mike, our driver who looked after us so well. I would recommend the holiday. All the staff I dealt with are a credit to the company. You are kept informed from time of your pick up to your time of arrival back home. Looking forward to my next trip.

Just had the best weekend at Newmarket races..everything about it was amazing ..the guide for the gallops and National stud was brilliant so full of information and our driver Darius was amazing..what a lovely man !! Highly recommended..will definitely be using Jones again !!! ??

Very reliable company. Professional, friendly drivers. However, too early start for me. Had to be up at 6am to get coach. I am retired, but was never up that early for work. Don't think I will use them again, just because of the early morning. Find I am too tired to enjoy the day. If you are an early riser I recommend this company 100 percent

A group of 8 of us set off for a weekend with Jones Coaches. We went to Warwick on the first afternoon then to our hotel the Best Western in Stourport on Severn. The next day we went to the Birmingham Christmas market and on the last day we stopped off in Ludlow. The Birmingham market was a disappointment mainly German bear and food, no nice gifts stalls but Ludlow was lovely and this finished our trip off nicely. The coach driver Bernie was informative and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and the food was very good. All in all we had a really good time and would use Jones again with no hesitation.

Manchester Christmas market shopper day trip..Booked from colwyn bay, pick up time 7.25am eta 11am? There is 7 stops after us giving us an estimated travel time of 4hours to do a 90mile trip to Manchester usually taking just over an hour.. We have a pick up time of 4pm. Spending 8 hours on a coach to go 90 miles is just something I don't think is fun. Taking most of the day in travel time.. We where told 3 days before after calling to check itinerary so we missed the 2week cancellation time. Not great..company said there is nothing they can do and its at our risk, multiple pick ups after, extending the journey.

Easy to search their website. Plenty of choice offered for short stays, day trips. Easy to get information on tours I would like to take.
