Terrible customer service, 2 occasions tried to return an electrical item (Amazon Kindle & Apple Headphones) in the original packaging within 30 days and they said they could not resell it??? Despite head office online chat saying we could return them to a store. I will never purchase an electrical item from Argos again.

I went to argos and said I opened and needed an another model because this model cannot do calls or receive and they said me that I cannot do exchange or return. I just need a new model of it which makes calling facility and I don't know why they refused.
