Love this place, old school proper pub, can't believe I have lived here so long and only came for the first time yesterday, will be back again soon, thanks for welcoming our dog Buddy ☺️

Might seem a little local at first, but that's kinda what it is. Take a breath and then everyone was lovely on the night I was in. The landlady is great, a source of things to do locally or just a good chit chat about the world. A terribly nice, cosy local pub with historic interest.
