Can?t cater for dietary needs, not great service -
In response: I?ve removed the food rating as I didn?t actually eat here, which I believe is fair. I was simply trying to ask about allergens?something I?m entitled to do by law, especially with a severe allergy and didn?t receive a clear satisfactory answer.
As for the slanderous claims of bullying?that speaks more to how the owner chooses to handle feedback than anything I said or did. It?s disappointing to see a genuine concern for health and safety met with defensiveness rather than professionalism.
Further clarification: There were no threats made, this is simply an honest account of a genuine customer experience, and I have not changed my name. The dismissive response only highlights an unwillingness to accept feedback, which may help explain the current Food Hygiene Rating of 3.

The Sweet and Sour Chicken balls not nice with a very soft batter,and the whole meal was undercooked and Luke warm.Not pleasant at all.

Ordered.meal for 9 people. Understand that they were busy so waiting 30 mins beyond pick up time was understandable. However, collected meal and short of 2 meals (2x chicken balls) so tried to ring as soon as we could and they hung up on us and then we couldn't get through. We understand pressures so will speak to takeaway tomorrow but logged this now in case they say we didn't contact them immediately.

Visited the area for a staycation and this was heavily recommended by some locals. Great food - really enjoyed it !
