“Been at this gym almost 2 years now and I can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to! Having trained in multiple gyms over the years feeling uncomfortable around other members (particularly men), the atmosphere in this gym is unlike any other. The members are always considerate and helpful to one another. The staff are so friendly, especially the gym manager (Tegen) who is also one of the resident PTs there. She has always been there for any advice and guidance I’ve needed along my fitness journey, and the deputy (Jack) and membership advisor (Lois) have always been on hand if I’ve ever needed anything whether that be gym related or not. The gym is always kept clean and tidy and if I’ve ever had issues with broken equipment they’re been fixed immediately. All the negative comments about issues with memberships are nothing to do with the staff at the gym it is simply people not going through the cancellation process properly or attempting to cancel their direct debits before their membership has finally ended; so please don’t blame the staff, it’s out of their hands. Overall, an amazing gym and if anyone’s thinking of joining, then just do it! ☺️”
