ordered from here on just eat, not having the greatest day so asked in the notes if they'd draw a smiley face on the cup to cheer me up a bit and not only did they include the smiley face, they went a step further and left me a nice little note on both the cup and bag. they didn't have to but they took the time to go above and beyond for a customer, and I couldn't appreciate it more! 10/10 customer service and has absolutely cheered me up??
(bacon bap and iced latte was absolutely banging as well)

Went to Costa forestfach today very bad service ordered 2 lattes small they did medium when I said that's not what I ordered the man just porded it into a small glass not even a full glass had to have them topped up no conversation from the staffwon't be going back again

Ordered through 'click and serve' where they should deliver to my car (baby asleep which was the whole point of using the service - couldn't leave him).Phone number listed not working so no way of getting in touch to ask where drink was.Waited 30 mins but had to leave.Don't advertise a service and not do it - have used it at the other Costa across the road and it was brilliant.

I was disappointed today as I asked for a small latte and when served it was in a takeaway cup which I did not ask for. My toasted sandwich was nice but I had to ask for serviettes and replace the takeaway cup with a mug also no spoon provided. I usually get better service than this and so was disappointed today.
