Having frequented this Costa for a long time, I'm afraid to say the customer service is absolutely shocking, especially by the male barista, who is so unhelpful in every respect.. I will not be visiting again, having spent many hundreds of pounds there.. so disappointed...

Costa is a fantastic coffee chain that's super popular for coffee lovers in the UK. A cosy place with friendly staff and a great range of food and drinks which is usually catered for all kinds of customers.Vegetarian options: Usually a decent range of vegetarian options available from the food section.Kid-friendliness: Suitable for children and young people..Parking: Plenty of space available for customers..free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for people of all abilities.Dietary restrictions: Usually a range of options available for GF and Vegan customers.

Turned out to be a good place for breakfast three times . We didn?t want to indulge in the large and expensive breakfast in our hotel so chose this instead . We found there was plenty on offer for a light breakfast , M and S instant porridge or yogurt and granola , croissant or fruit . All very reasonable and served by a friendly person who remembered us when we turned up for the second time . Handy too for coach or bus travellers . Very clean and attractively furnished .

Firstly. Iv been to many Costa's and this is one of the only ones that seem to have a working toilet ... for now!Given this 3 stars because I didn't order anything else apart from a hot chocolate. It was also alittle dirty, especially the toilets! Focusing more on the drinks than cleaning up ...Sadly, rating hot chocolates. This is probably my least favorite White Chocolate. This seems to be made from Syrup and you can see the Syrup separate with the milk, giving a yellow spotty hue to it.I'll go back but I'll just stick to a normal hot chocolate ...

I went to this Costa today on our way to short break in Wales to take my usual order of Mocha and Toblerone late, which I used to order in my local shops in Gloucester. Barista who took order was smiling, was pleasant. Unfortunately barista who made my drinks was not interested in his job, looked bored and my drinks were made very poorly, not standard tasty coffees. I am very disappointed.
