“Great experience buying a mountain bike here in October 2022. I was working abroad at the time but they were willing to store it for a few weeks after purchasing, which was a big help.9 months and many many miles later and I've recently encountered a problem with the freehub while getting the bike serviced at my local shop. Came back to One Planet Adventure and the team were willing to offer me a new wheel from an equivalent brand at cost price to allow me to get back riding as soon as possible (unfortunately the broken part itself was unavailable) while they pursued the issue with the manufacturer. Feel they've done everything they can to help me get back riding as soon as possible, whilst also being fair with the cost. Would definitely recommend One Planet Adventure if you're looking for a quality mountain bike and excellent customer support”
