Highly recommend Well Pharmacy in Brynmawr for the professionalism and patient care. ??Visiting Brynmawr and left my Hydrocortisone cream at home. Tried another Pharmacy (in town) but was refused as I did not have a prescription. However the product I wanted, was available across the counter, as well as online. I explained I had used it before and that my GP had prescribed it previously.. So I was left with no solution or even a suggestion on what to do. ??Well pharmacy and the lady that served me was thankfully very understanding and without interrogations sold me exactly what I needed.Thank you very much.

An awful pharmacy. Most staff are very rude, unfriendly and miserable. They cannot get prescriptions done in an acceptable time scale. If they don?t have your tablets it?s not their problem, it?s yours! They have no idea about customer service and dealing with people who may have additional needs. We changed chemists and the one is Brynmawr town is much better. They can actually do their job efficiently unlike the staff at Well.

The most miserable staff you are ever likely to meet-just to add appalling service from the pharmacist, following a recent incident when they gave me the wrong medication.

Awful practice. Hard to see GP, and hey don't seem to know thier patients. They also don't seem bothered by this. I wish you could turn the clocks back and save the wasted money spent here, my previous GP was far superior, this is a huge mistake.

Staff rude! What more can you say!? Attitude is terrible. Should send mystery shopper in there! If they don?t want to be there then there?s plenty other people who would love the job. Takes ages to get through on phone and hen when you do attitude on phone! Worse place I?ve even known and then when you do speak to someone they make you feel bad for being ill! Disgusting!

My parents have been told by this place they HAVE to book a flu jab online , and cannot make an appointment face to face or over the phone . Can they now explain how to do this as there doesn't appear to be any website? Also they Re in their 70s and do not own a computer and not tech savvy ! Not dealt personally with them but reading reviews and by what my parents are saying this is not out of the ordinary! Disgusting lack of help and empathy

I made the mistake of reading the label and diluting this medicine with water. That's what it says. They didn't give me any instructions when I picked up the medication. I'm very meticulous with reading instructions and labels. Maybe give some verbal instructions when people pick up medicine. Otherwise an exhausted mother of a toddler might add water to the solution (like it says on the bottle) without thinking that maybe the pharmacy does that. Maybe in retrospect I shouldve known that label was not applicable. But if it wasn't applicable why didn't they cover it? In fact it looks like they purposely left it exposed. When I called later for clarification it was MY fault for reading the wrong label. Maybe they should add a label that says don't read this label? Maybe, just maybe they should put in their label that the solution has already been diluted? Personally I'm not psychic and don't know that some labels are to be read and others not. The charming individual on the phone talking down to me like I was a right idiot for reading the wrong label on the bottle. They won't re-issue another one without speaking to the doctor Cheers guys. :(
