Absolutely incredible service from Jo. I wasn't sure about booking my Lapland holiday at all but luckily I got through to Jo when I called the TUI main number and she was able to share her own experience and get me really really excited to go! She was so patient with my many questions and multiple calls while I made a final decision. Thanks so much Jo, I hope you get to go back to Lapland too!

Amazing service from a lovely young lady,Katie found an ideal holiday for me. She was patient polite and very professional.The hotel in Turkey was first class. It was early in the season but if you want a family holiday Liberty Lara is the place to go.Staff so helpful, hotel very clean leading onto a fab beach. Thankyou Katie
