Went through the self serve till and was helped by the guy, Jason, who was working in store here in the Ebbw Vale Tesco store, bought myself a Tescos own make Banofee pie and an own brand salted caramel cheesecake, both were excellent quality too.

Let me say. The staff are extremely helpful and care about their jobs but I was let down by the security guard Keith, he accused me and my 3 friends of stealing just because we were looking at the makeup, it was horrible and we were followed by him around the whole shop when we were just trying to shop.

*Cafe review*Table was dirty. No napkins out and only one ketch up bottle to share across all the tables. Payed extra for sour dough toast with poached eggs. The toast came out burnt and solid. When we lifted the toast up the bottom was black like they were trying to hide it. (Picture shows the lesser burnt side) Was not edible. Had to ask staff for new toast. Beans and eggs were cold by then. Poached eggs look nothing like pictures. They barely had any yolk and were tiny. Milkshake was nice but the tiny thin straw provided had pretty much disintegrated half way through drinking it. Some how the egg in the breakfast muffin had twice as much yolk as the poached egg on toast. One bite and yolk exploded everywhere. There is a reason why they pop the eggs on mcdonalds mcmuffins...Overall food came to over 25 pound. Wasn't worth half of that. Would avoid the cafe. Clearly the menu is too wide for them to manage and they can't be trusted to not sent out obviously burnt toast.Should have asked for refund.

Tescos always has alot of what you need even if its carkeys cut or watchs repaired etc. Mens clothing is terrible, 1 very small isle for the skinny short guys in hipster apperance and all the same colours.

Will never use Tesco Ebbw Vale again. Friendly cashiers but they are let down by a security guard called Keith, who has always been ok until today. Awful manner and needs customer service training ?

Good store close to the main town. Plenty of parking.Wide range of products.Customer services are brilliant & always happy to help.Till staff will let you know if your missing out on a deal or bargains.Shelf replenishment staff are friendly & very helpful.If you wear a face mask for health reasons or to avoid coughs colds & covid watch out for the security.They seem to work on stereo types. (Face Masks apparently mean you could be a bandit expect to see them trying to look like they are not watching your ever move).

Really like this store. Shame they have spoilt the cafe, far to brighr,regimented seating, hate the new ordering system because it has lost some of the personal touch. Miss not being able to use cash just for a cuppa. Wont be using it again.

It is a superstore so they have all sections from clothing to kitchen Utensils and stationery besides the essential products, which are always available. Big accessible car park, ATM machines and plenty of tills so it is rarely over crowded even on busy hours. One of my best Tescos for weekly shopping

Went into cafe today, gone are the lovely ladies who worked their, now you got apps to order off which are not easy to use I prefer to talk to people when I order, only to be served cold food it had to go back and wait again only to be served by a gent who has as much charisma as a rock, don't think we will return

Not good when you turn up to do shopping to see rentokill vans x 3 outside and 2 trolley loads of Rat poison etc being wheeled in, through the emergency exit... yetcapparently they were telling people it was an electrical fault!!@@ and apparently staff had known for 3 weeks at least. IM GIVING THEM A VERY WIDE BIRTH!!!!
