Purchased a King Sized wooden framed bed from the Ebbw Vale store . I'm majorly impressed with it and the store staff are very friendly and not pushy to sell . 10 out of 10 I'd rate them well worth a visit and it keeps local stores open because when there gone there gone

£25 is an excessive delivery fee to deliver a flat pack bed 1/2 a mile up the road.

My parents ordered furniture from this store and the service was second to none a brilliant experience from day one. So professional and friendly . My parents love their carpet and furniture . The carpet fitters and the furniture delivery men were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help . Thank you to everyone at the store especially Andrea who helped us so much .

Ordered my corner suite sofa which came before the advised time. Delivery was arranged and Sabeel was great and helped move the old sofa with me and then manoeuvre the new one through the window! Unpacked everything, assembled and taken the rubbish away. Great value and excellent service, highest recommended ??

I would never buy off this shop again when u complain they play the race card with u but I recorded everything even the phone calls... No help as long as they got ur money they won't help u I got a refund only cos I recorded everything DO NOT BUY ANUTHING HER ITS CHEAP AND NASTY

Initial contact made through messenger was prompt and efficient, as was visiting and ordering the sofa we wanted. Initial order was scheduled for delivery after Christmas. Had a phonecall in the middle of december to say that the sofa was ready for delivery and they had no room to keep it in the stock room, could we take delivery on the 16th. After a quick scramble to sell our old sofa, we recieved our new sofa, but in the wrong configuration. We paid extra to have two reclining arms and it was delivered with one. The delivery men made a quick call and were advised that the shop knew about the mistake, and wanted to give us the option of having the sofa as is, and delivering the second arm at a later date (a chase end was provided in the meantime) This was not communicated to us, we probably would have refused if we knew. Then there was a problem with the middle section of the sofa that had a manufacturing issue, but this was promptly resolved the same day. Its now been 1 month since the sofa was delivered. We've had no correspondence. Yes the store is closed due to the covid restrictions, but no such restrictions exist on fulfilling existing orders and of course the company still maintains an online presence that is also silent. I don't think this is a one off as my mother has also ordered a sofa and stool, which was delivered before our setee, and the stool is still is missing from her order as well. The 2* rating is generous and solely based on the sofa that we have is really nice. As for the service and the company, the jury is most definitely out on that.

Excellent service. I work full time and they were able to work around my availability. Good communication throughout and very helpful. The same person saw it through until the end. I was very impressed with the end product. They were even kind enough to take away my old furniture. I cannot thank them enough.

They have no idea about customer service ie. keep customer informed of delays in delivering your order.
