Oh come on ,open 8 till 10am Mon to Friday you are having a laugh.Some people have work for a living in Blaenau gwent and can't get here at these ridiculous opening times !

Turned up today againe at 8.40 to pick up my parcel, outside the depot the ours states 8-10 .... ofcorse it was closed whats a point in that ? you have dropped the hours during covid nd never go back to normal , ppl have to take days of work to pick up parcel as u not open afternoons anymore, seems u r not open on days eaither , so when r u open?....

Just turned up at the sorting office to try and get my parcel it's closed. According to online information it's about to close at 10am. I checked on line before I went as they are supposed to be on strike And it says it's open. Stop wasting people's time and petrol traveling here. I wasn't the only person expecting you to be open as others arrived the same time. You expect sympathy from people, I don't think so. You haven't got anything else to do so someone change the information on line.
