Excellent value for money. Supermarket just down the road, Brewer Fayre next door for very good meals. Stayed in a few Premier inns in the last few weeks and this was the best.

One of the better ones, and I stay in a lot. Staff friendly, room clean, good parking (free with registration). Room was a little bit tired here and there, maybe getting due for a refit, but everything worked and it was spotlessly clean. Good paid wifi. Breakfast next door in the brewers fayre was outstanding (within the constraints of the prem inn breakfast) - it's surprising how many sites get it wrong, but no complaint here, it was excellent.

Easy to access from the road network and, for us at least, in a very convenient location. The room was clean and well presented and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
There is plenty of parking for both the hotel and the restaurant.

The staff were lovely and as a wheelchair user, what I love about a Premier Inn is you know exactly what you're going to get and if you book early enough, the prices aren't too bad. This was outside of town, but quiet, with loads of parking and the usual Brewsters Fayre for food and drink. Staff were lovely

Exceptional version of a premier inn, combining the convenient location with well stocked rooms and friendly staff.
The room was clean, shower was nice and hot and the aircon was perfect. There is a elevator to both the first and second floor so it is fully wheelchair accessible which is good.
The reception also had a charity collection for Great Ormond Street which was a lovely touch and goes a long way to gaining my recommendation.
There is an on site restaurant operated by Brewers Fayre which was clean and nice, as well as offering the usual Evening Meal and Breakfast Deal which offered around a £15 saving over ordering without the deal.

The room was very nice and modern with LED lights around the bed and air conditioning. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. And a good location to travel to lots of attractions in the area.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while working away. And not once did I get a clean towel or my bedding changed, my bin didn?t get emptied or my coffee and milk replenished. Spoke to reception who said they would sort it but never did. So thought after the 3rd day I thought I?d see how long it takes for them to do it. It?s been 2 weeks now.

Over-priced: £175/night. The curtains had aged to the extent that holes were visible in the darkening fabric.
