Bloody terrible over charge me for a letter send £2.85 and should of been £1.15 new owners running the place didn't have no idea and the lady behind counter couldn't understand me when I made complaint she had a job speaking English

The end of an era with Nigel and Mary going. The service here is always friendly and helpful. They know their stuff whatever you ask and are bang up to date with all the new stuff like QR codes for things like Music Magpie which I used a lot. A great asset to the community and I wish them a long and happy retirement and the new owner all the best.
