?????????? ? The Cheeseburger That Restored My Faith in Fast Food
Today, I met perfection between two buns.
From the first glance, I knew this McDonald?s cheeseburger was special. The bun was pillowy-soft but with just enough structure to hold everything together?golden brown, not a crumb out of place. The patty was cooked to that signature McDonald?s juiciness, radiating warmth like it had been waiting just for me.
The cheese? oh, the cheese. Melted into perfect, velvety submission, draping over the patty like a royal cloak, every bite delivering that creamy, tangy hit that says, Yes, this is why you?re here.
The pickles were crisp, the onions brought just the right zing, and the ketchup-mustard combo was in perfect balance?neither overpowering, just harmonizing in a beautiful fast-food symphony. Every element played its part, every bite was as good as the last.
For once, it wasn?t just a cheeseburger. It was a reminder that even in the busiest kitchen, magic can happen. McDonald?s, you nailed it.

Wrong item received on delivery! Contacted store to be told there nothing they could do about it unless I attended the store and informed me to contact uber (even though it wasn?t them that cooked and packed the order).
Despite ordering a delivery because you cannot get to the store this offer was totally unhelpful. Managers Jack and Georgia customer service skills were non existent. Even stated ?it wasn?t me that made it so I can?t take responsibility for it!? ? As a manager of a team I think you?ll find you are more than responsible for your staff and your products, is that not the whole point of managerial hierarchy and the higher pay scale?
Continues to inform me that there was nothing that could be done as there is no record of my online order?, bizarre in a world of online ordering and high tech.
Yes I was narked during the call and no I do not apologise for my stern attitude! I?ve paid for an item I did not receive and you were very unhelpful in doing anything about it. It may be a first world problem but we?re also paying first world prices and taxes so expect to have what I?ve paid for!

how hard can even a cup of coffee be !? white coffee I asked for in drive through! confirmed this at pay window, asked for confirmation so pick up white coffee yea. yes was the reply. only the other week I got home with similar meal white coffee , opened to cup only to find I had the whole nozzle assembly in my cup. drove back down attitude was ok have me another coffee. not improving there.

McDonald's Talbot Green, spot on with an order of which the same order in Barry was absolutely outrageous, Barry McDonald's only got my order right after the 3rd attempt.

Still taking online orders they can?t even refund app orders so after you waste time driving there to find the store closed you then have to try contact contact service through there awful chat bot on the app! Awful service

I ordered food from this McDonald's and after waiting over an hour then food arrived cold and I was missing 20 chicken nuggets I'm not having this and im now left starving.

Chips are just not the same as they was before..always soggy and taste not very nice..since mcdonalds has done just eat the wait time and food is shocking. Bitten more than they can chew ?

Waited so long I walked out, so much for fast food.
Another visit here: placed my order on the app, paid for the order and when I got there to pick it up they said they were closed and couldn't provide my food. My money has been taken though so unable to buy anything else. Absolute joke

It's ok food I suppose nothing special but grandkids enjoy it personally I think it can be expensive if there's several of u especially the price of the chicken nuggets
