The WORST KFC around!!!! Don?t even know where to start - was that bad!!!!!!!!!!! Chicken was burnt and dry !!!!! Order wasn?t even mine ????? I never will go there again!!!!! ?????????

Absolutely the worst service and attitude of staff i have ever experienced, queued without a word of apology from staff to pay by card with bule light to be told she would not take payment by card unless you drove through the drive through.
Absolutely the most rediculas statement I've heard.
No rush as already stated to serve anyone who approached the tills, no apology or acknowledgement until challenged.
Well last visit to this shambles of a KFC!

I don't understand how you can get this so wrong. Fries were soggy and the chicken was a few seconds from being burned. Even the thighs and drumsticks were dry like cardboard.
One server was propping up the crew. I counted five staff who went to hide in the office while the queue built up. Where was the manager? Also hiding in the office...

Absolutely shocking place! Very rarely order takeaway but thought we would have a little treat and half the order was missing. No bottles of water or fruit shoot but received a can of Pepsi which noone likes! I ordered the rice box with extra fillet but no extra fillet. Ordered a kids mini fillet meal and only received really cold and stale chips no chicken fillet so my child had no meal. Bare in mind it's just round the corner from us but we wanted to support those who work for uber eats and trying to make a living! Plus having a newborn baby so didn't want to drag him out in the rain at night.
I work in a busy restaurant and for a takeaway place not to get orders right is mind blowing! It's not a hard job to do. Really annoyed after tonight and won't be ordering or eating there again.

I ordered a 14 piece party bucket and it came with missing items. They gave me 10 pieces of chicken instead of 14. I had to ask for the hot wings and popcorn chicken. They did not put in the sides. It's a shame that I can't drive back to get the missing items. Worst kfc experience ever!

The chicken is not as good as it used to be, which is a shame seems more soggy nowadays, which is a shame cause the chips were lovely, afraid to say it was not finger licking good
