Very disappointed as went there today to get my daughter a large foil helium balloon. My daughter was so excited got out of the car to show her dad and it came off the string straight away and she was very upset, clearly not tied on properly. I rang them up as I had only been in there 10 minutes ago and the woman on the phone said that I had no proof that I lost the balloon and she would have tied it on properly as she does them every day. Clearly this was not the case, shocking customer service! Will not be shopping there again.

I went to the brynmawr store for my eldest daughter's birthday to get cards and wrapping papper. The details on the items I bought were amazing the staff were really polite. I will be going back again. This month for my other daughter who is 7.
