Fantastic pub! Super beer gardens and outdoor seating areas. Lovely ambiance to the place. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Drinks a bit on the pricey side as is the food but I would say it is a step up in pub grub, it is not microwave ping here, it is delicious home made, well presented wholesome food! Well worth the £.
Facilities usually clean and tidy. Staff responsive to any request to clean or restock. A great stopping point for travellers and especially Moho community! Always plenty campers in the car park and plenty od bikers too!! Highly recommend this gourmet pub!

Was brought the wrong drink then told we had ordered it when we didn?t! Contested the fact!
We was then brought our food with no cutlery or sides and had to prompt.. by the time it came our food was cold.. us adults ordered two steaks at the cost of £80 only to find both well done, when we had asked for medium rare.. I was told to cut it and find out very rudely even though u could clearly see it was over done.. again contested!
One child?s pizza was soggy, on child?s fish was all batter hardly any fish and white one the top.. (not cooked) other child was happy!
I asked for a large top and was told I?d been served 3/4 lemonade 1/4 beer ? tasted like lemonade.. had too order another and was charged.. staff were very rude (all of them )
I had to go and collect our bill as we were ignored.. to be met with a £60 bill for this experience after we sent our food back and went hungry.. brilliant location lovely views but that?s it. Absolute shambles still frustrated now? (hours later)

We stayed one night during our walk along the Cambrian Way. The Arran bedroom was fine. The shower room was also fine except that the fan didn't work (which I reported). The shower room could do with more hooks to hang clothes on while showering. A lovely touch was to be offered fresh milk to have with tea and coffee in the room. Dinner of fish & chips and chicken salad was good but the portions were too large to be fully consumed. Breakfast was very good with a choice of cereals, full breakfast or other hot options and hot beverages. We asked for a packed lunch to take with us but were told it wasn't possible. Partly because of the breakfast rush (we were the only 2 guests in the breakfast room from start to finish). My husband had mailed the inn when booking to ask for a packed lunch but received no reply then. We still don't understand why they couldn't have sold us a small omelette and two slices of toast each. Instead I bought some peanuts. We wanted ready salted crisps to take along but they had run out. (A member of staff kindly checked the store room to make sure.)
A pleasant stay marred by inflexibility about a packed lunch.

Great 1 night stopover with motorhome. Although on a busy junction, it wasn't too noisy. The food was fantastic, but not budget friendly. Staff were wonderful.

Whilst holidaying in the area we came here for a Sunday roast. We were lucky to get in as there were 8 of us. It's clearly popular and we could see why, the food was amazing!

Spotted this pub on our way to our holiday destination which was a short drive from here & decided to come back on a Sunday for a roast.
Best decision we had.
Food was lovely, the portions we had were decent & the staff were friendly.
Didn't snap a picture of the mains but managed to get some of the deserts, which were also really good.
Would definitely recommend here & will definitely return if in the area again!

Been here before, infact ate here for about 3 days in a row whilst visiting the Mach loop, come back a year later and wow this place has fallen down in service, arrived on the wet slippery decked area only to be told to go back to the front door if we want to eat inside, waited to be seated, Waited to be seated waited to be seated???whilst more than 5 members of staff blanked us, even the waitress that asked us to go back to the front who was peeing around the corner watching is wait?? Following a staff gathering (not a meeting) less than 3 metres to where we sat in the lounge, and as we were getting fed up with being ignored we approached them and they asked if we had booked, the entire inside was empty! We were first in the building and we said we only wanted a coffee, wow, didn?t know we had to book for a coffee. Sadly this isn?t what I had expected since last year it was 5 star!
