Warm and friendly local pub full of character. Owners Kieth and Carol were very welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious. My husband still raves about the chips!!! Highly recommend a visit.

Absolutely beautiful Sunday lunch today. Partner had belly pork to start and roast beef, I?m a veggie so had the pancake, was absolutely delicious. Sweet was a choc tart and the rhubarb crème Brûlée WOWZERS We will definitely be visiting again. Lovely friendly staff Thank you

Fantastic family meal for 10, lovely atmosphere delicious food and really friendly girls serving. Would highly recommend. This is a really cosy country gastro pub and well worth a visit.

Terrible food, Crab Cucumber Avocado Salad; tiny bit of crab avocado the size of a fifty pence piece and a load of cucumber that looked like my five year old had chopped it up. Menu had asparagus listed and we ordered, the first order of the evening, we were subsequently told that it was not available. Glazed Goats Cheese and Roasted Beetroot, beetroot straight out of a jar not roasted, cheese cold not glazed served with a bit of bitter lettuce. Scallops were greasy and unpleasant.

Not your average pub! We enjoyed a gorgeous lunch here with delicious food and drinks, and were very well looked after by their lovely team. Would 100% recommend ?

Our first visit and won?t be our last! Nicely laid out so you can sit for a drink in front of an open fire. Service was wonderful and nothing was any trouble with the lovey staff, Starter was probably the best chicken liver patty l?ve ever had so10/10, Roast dinner was great and plentiful to the point dessert just couldn?t be had sadly as l knew what l was going to have lol. Last but not least the homemade Tomato Crisps & Ali oli was so good and tasty a 10/10 to those in the kitchen. Thanks for a great lunch & service.
