Have said if lm don't cope with variable glasses l can take them back within 60 days and they will change them for no extra charge to 2 pairs of glasses. “I’ve been using the Denbigh branch for a few years now and the quality of service is why I always return. My optician Hannah is excellent and explains everything so clearly. The other staff are friendly and professional too, explaining all aspects of the other tests (peripheral and pressure) clearly. They have a great choice of frames to choose from and my glasses are always ready in less time than quoted!Just to add i’d on this occasion rang in need of an emergency appointment and was pleased I could be seen the next day.”
