About Us
DS Mortgages was founded by David Schrimshaw CeMap in 2003. The company has been successfully trading in the Denbignshire area. Due its success the company expanded and at the start of 2016 David was joined by Philip Dineen CeMAP who's primarary focus was new business around the Conwy area. 2016 also saw Nicholas Dineen join the company to manage administration, including the new website and developing the new relationship with one of North Wales leading Estate Agents, Fletcher and Poole.
