Recently purchased a house through William Gleave and couldn't be more happier with the service we received from everyone there. Can't recommend Christie at William Gleave enough, when we were showed around the house which we thankfully got accepted on, she was helpful with any questions which I needed to ask, patient when showing us around & really friendly. Not only that she was in touch with us throughout the purchase & did everything she could to speed things along when there was a few minor bumps in the road. Avoid renting from them. They have a fee for every single thing that they do while "managing" the property from behind a keyboard. Then at the end of a tenancy they deduct as much as possible from your deposit, effectively holding you to ransom for it because you will not get one penny until you agree with their costs/fee's or pay for legal representation to take them to court. Obviously this is all done at a leisurely pace when they can be bothered with no regard for you having to pay for the deposit on your next tenancy.

Since the first viewing of the property and until I collected the keys Beth from William Gleave in Shotton was not only a pleasure to deal with, but was always there to help.She was approachable by both calls and email and nothing was too much to ask. To be honest I found myself dealing with Beth more than my solicitor.Beth I found to be a very genuine young lady, helpful at all times and an absolute pleasure to deal with. A definite 12 out of 10
