I've just returned home from having an eye test and advanced OCT scan. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome, the whole experience exceeded my expectations.The initial tests were quick & stress-free. Their commitment to patient comfort and understanding was obvious. Before each test, they took the time to explain what would happen, which instantly put me at ease.The optician who conducted my sight test was incredibly thorough and patient. They went above and beyond to explain every detail, including the OCT scan, which provided me with valuable insights about my eye health. Their advice was both informative and practical, and even gave me leaflets for further reading and eye drops, showing a genuine commitment to my well-being.My eyesight had changed since my last test, and the staff took time to help me find new frames. I usually stick with the same style, but the staff here took the time to ask about my preferences and suggested frames based on my face shape. To my surprise, I discovered styles I never would have considered but loved!I am genuinely looking forward to receiving my new glasses, this opticians' service is nothing short of exemplary. I could go on and on about the extensive care I experienced, but in short, I'm so glad I switched from my previous franchise with a rushed service to this independent branch who genuinely care about the service they provide.I highly recommend Quayside Opticians to anyone seeking exceptional eye care and personalised service.I'll certainly be returning for all my future eye care needs. I've been using a supermarket opticians for at least 20yrs. I was entitled to an eye test via my employer but couldn't use my usual optician. I'm so glad! What a breath of fresh air. The service was excellent, the staff seem to genuinely care & willingly helped me chose new frames. Such a nice varied selection of frames to suit all budgets. The eye test was thorough and not rushed. The branch has such a nice relaxed, atmosphere & is very bright and modern. Very impressed by all aspects. Many thanks ?

Excellent service from start to finish.Never had a eye test before and was quite nervous, I shouldn't have been. The staff went out of they're way to make sure I felt at easy and could not have been more helpful.My Glasses were ready for collection within a couple of days and were very reasonably priced.I can't recommended Quayside highly enough. Simply fantastic

Wonderful service, patient and informative staff. Price of glasses range from reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company for both optician and aural services (I have used both)

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. They have always happily dealt with any issues that may crop up. My asd children are comfortable there. The site itself is ideal for my disabled parents and my children as everything is on the ground floor. There are no steps and the parking is right outside the door. I would happily recommend Quay Opticians.

Been to Quay Opticians this morning and wish to post a review. The shop it welcoming, bright, with friendly helpful staff. The optician was a very pleasant, competent gentleman who but me at my ease and carried out a thorough examination. Both Gareth and I have had excellent service from Fleur ,Mo and Assad both eye test s were very through and professional. Fleur helped me choose a great pair of glasses all staff are friendly and helpful.
