Poor selection, very short dates on veg which goes off within 2 days. Also extremely expensive.

They don't have the decency to let you know how you done after a interview. Not a nice way to treat young people, even a email to say you've been unsuccessful would of been a appreciated.

Sadly there is no option to leave a zero star feedback so here it is bearing that in mind.
My Mum had a nasty fall a couple of years ago - yes, seriously, that long and we've been pursuing it since. Two unidentified gentlemen (thank you so much whoever you were) went to assist Mum getting up as staff weren't around. The duty manager eventually strolled over and did nothing.
It was then reported to the actual Manager (who was away at the time but on her return when I contacted her directly) said she was completely unaware as she had not been told) as the staff on duty had not done anything about it - not even entering it into the accident book or taking details so a follow-up call could have been made. Basic logic and common sense/courtesy but Health and Safety???
Cutting a very long story short, their version was so far from what had actually happened. We were told there was no mat that my Mum had tripped over but CCTV showed this was completely untrue. What followed were many untruths and then Head Office (who had been quite helpful initially) just didn't respond to any emails. The actual Store Manager even admitted when I initially contacted her directly that Mum's details should have been taken and phone call made at the very least.
What is so sad is that my elderly Mother has felt unable to return to this store to shop (totally understandable as I'm sure anyone would agree) despite it being the nearest supermarket that she used regularly.
By the way - the injuries suffered have meant a replacement shoulder is awaited - whenever that may happen.
We were actually recently offered £10 credit to Morrisons More card IF my Mum took up the complaint herself. At 77 years old - seriously? This was only after I chased it again as nothing had been done and no contact made. I work in the public sector and am stunned that a company like this just choose to do nothing and think it's acceptable.
I did ask Head Office how insulted their staff members at Morrisons would feel if they were in our shoes and it was a member of their family. Reply? Internal investigation ongoing (hmmm, as it has been for this long already - are your honestly hiding behind that pathetic and feeble excuse? If that was the case, surely a reply would have been received by now?) and nothing since (yet more weeks later). Clearly they are not going to do a thing.
So, Morrisons, I'm sure any readers would agree that £10 was a total insult for the length of time this has gone on and the injuries caused - oh, it was upped to £15 when I politely declined their ridiculous offer but again, only if my Mum contacted them directly? MY MUM IS 77 FOR HEAVENS SAKE?
My Mum feels so disappointed at it all but the rest of us (family) are totally disgusted at the offer. Just posting this in the hope it may help anyone else who has had the same experience.
Thanks so much Morrisons - you're a disgrace.
