My girlfriend came in today to get a morning after pill as we realised this morning that she left her pills in Liverpool last night, we were told her to call 111, when I asked about this because I've never heard of this needing to be done we were told it's "new protocol" we called 111, they told us that Knights Pharmacy shouldn't have told us to call them and that they can't think of a reason that they would do so. We went into boots and got the morning after pill. They also told us that Knights Pharmacy shouldn't have done this. If you're looking for help on sensitive topics, go somewhere else. This pharmacy didn't seem to care at all and made the whole situation really weird and uncomfortable when it didn't need to be

I feel so lucky to have this as my local pharmacy. I was served by a lovely lady. She was so friendly and welcoming, even made the time to talk to me and make me laugh. It was nice to feel like a real person. Thank you.

The pharmacists are unpleasant and even rude at times and for no reason and not only with me. I am going to ask the surgery to kindly send my prescriptions somewhere else from now on. Besides, it is mission impossible to park close to the pharmacy, making it difficult to access.
