I am Absolutely fuming with your Iceland warehouse in Weston super mare. For customer relations at that store I would give a nill. Last Friday I took a big bag of cat food back to the value of £27 . I rang beforehand and was told that I could have cashback on the cat food if I went in that day . So I went in and was told a in-store that I would have to wait 2-3 Days for the money in my account. I rang again last night and was told that if I went into the warehouse I could have the shopping to the amount of £27 I rang just now and was told that I couldn't do that I had to wait for them to verify and they would get back to me . To put it bluntly I am absolutely fuming I ishave been with your company for years and I get treated like that. It's absolutely disgusting customer relations. I'm not sure if you know this or not but people are living from day to day . No one has much money to spare let alone wait this long for a refund

Delivery for Thursday afternoon not Don only non frozen delivered on Friday evening had to send back as rest of order couldn?t be found have to wait for Saturday delivery then after 2 hours waiting ring up shop to be told they wanted to give me time to get up and only delivery time available is 12 /2 pm 13.20pm still waiting this is disgusting service from one of the top company?s then I think they need to look hard at the service they are supposed to be giving me

Worked here for XPO logistics as a LGV store delivery driver I only stuck it for 2 weeks it was like being inducted at a clown convention and even made to wear oversized hobnail boots so I realised I may as well runaway and join a real circus instead.

My fiance had done an order online and paid for the same day delivery for Iceland yesterday 7-9pm but refused to bring the order i phoned this morning they said its the customer care team fault as they should have told everyone its actually Iceland who's at fault there the ones who deliver not customer care u can just take peoples money and bot bring them their order absolutely outraged about this and a disgusting speaking manager who doesn't care on helping!!!!!

MUMS..... DON'T GO TO ICELAND. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONEAn Iceland van drove into my parked car in Birkenhead on 13/8/23. It failed to stop. It did considerable damage. I have contacted Iceland many times and have been consistently fobbed off. I was even instructed to call their van hire contractor!! The audacity! It is now 23/8The stress this has caused to myself & my autistic son is massive. He can't do buses etc, and we rely on the car. Been trying for over a month to get my New Bonus card set up due to my old card being used by someone and using saving's.Spend at least 40mins on hold phone and get nowhere .As for E-Mailnot any better have went though all GDPR and still noting ,good to know GDPR allows someone to use your card.Keep up Good work iceland.

As much as l like shopping at my local store in Eastwood, Notts.(l even worked for them) l must say that the mix and match pricing is a bit of a problem,especially for the older folk.Whilst the offers are brill, trying to keep check on whether you've matched up the right 2 for this amount or 3 for that amount can be quite an ordeal.Its already hard to keep an eye on any small print offers, without the extra problem of mix and match.?

Iceland food charity is being ripped off by my neighbours ,reported to store at gallories and they don't care .HEADQUARTERS NEED TO LOOK AT IT, police and council and trading standards all aware. One of the collections persons has never ordered a food delivery for over 6 months. Even police said what sort of people rob a charity.

My disabled parents were unable to get delivery after they done there shopping because according to the useless manageress in eltham store they are not allowed to say they have no deliveries and they no longer put the signs up they also have a rude woman who came from the Woolwich store and they hang up if you try to ring the store

Been working on the night shift here and it was a new and excellent experience, but unfortunately today is my last day to work here.A big thank you to Chris Yates, Judit, Ryan, Richard and Costel, you all have been amazing in managing your staff.
