If you need a nice warm pizza, try to get it yourself. If course not always possible, but if so, go for it.

Have ordered today waited for half an hour order said it was delivered, they have delivered to another address called them couple of times, got our pizzas hour and a half later and got the chips from different driver they were cold? don?t recommend, the new staff are no good!!!!

After having to call to see where my Domino's order was, as it had been out for delivery for 45 minutes. The man at Domino's believed that the order was for collection even though it was clearly for delivery through Uber Eats, my order stating my delviery address and to meet them at my door. After a 5 minute debate on whether it was a collection or delivery, and after the person on the phoning saying it was my fault and not his, he begrudgingly said they would get the order delivered. The food was finally delivered 21:03 after placing the order at 19:27 and being out for delivery between 19:45-20:05. The pizza box was warm but the food was completely stone cold, obviously it was cooked and ready for delivery over 75 minutes ago. Possibly a human error, possibly an Uber Eats system error but to be told by Domino's it was my fault and not his, when it clearly says on my order it was to be delivered. A truely awful experience. Won't be using this Queensferry Domino's again.

Probably the worst dominos around pizzas always a mess items missing every time when you phone up to tell them items are missing it?s always someone with a accent
That?s impossible to understand with aload more screaming in the background And when you can eventually get some sense out of them certain people they just give a false promise that it?s going to come as soon as possible then Around an hour later, they deliver you?re missing items. Avoid this place

Ordered our food at 22:02 the food didn?t turn up till 22:45 on top of it taking so long, they left out our drink, we contacted them about this when we got our food which arrived cold and it is now an hour on from contacting them and them sending another driver out and still no drink we only live 10 minutes away so don?t understand why it?s taken so long, ended up getting the rest of our order at 23:57, turns out when the driver that got here (not his fault) apologised and we mentioned the times to him and he told us he was only sent out 15 minutes ago, even though the store staff said he would send a driver over an hour ago. would have been quicker to collect or not even order at this point. Not too much to ask for really especially if I?m paying so much for the food and not all of it turns up. Didn?t manage to get the staff members name. With the service I receive I would have thought they weren?t paid.

Gone downhill, food is still great but rude customer service. I know what it?s like working at peak times, but that doesn?t excuse rudeness and pure incompetence.

delivery driver refused to deliver food because he got the address wrong when the address was clearly stated on my order. Was on the phone to dominos for 10 minutes and they claimed they couldn?t even find my order, then the food finally came 30 minutes later than expected and was cold and the worse dominos i?ve ever had. about 4 wedges in the box as well

Wow Dominos Queensferry, superb time only 23 minutes from ordering online to the food arriving at my door. I have ordered from the store several times before, and I have to say this is the best order I've ever had delivered from Dominos. Pizza absolutely perfect, food hot and pleasantly presented. Credit where credits due, many thanks Queensferry Dominos you've made my night.

Been using this place for the past ten years and ever since this place has been taken over by pakistani's the service has gone down hill. I was waiting in the counter to be served but they just stare at you and pass comments at you by speaking in their own language i dont feel safe going in there anymore and i feel sorry for the girls working there. the girl at the counter was very helpful but i wont be going back this place ever again

Shambles. Missing cookies which the driver said would be delivered in 30 mins.
45 minutes later nothing so ring the store who said they wont be sending them out as there too busy

Waited at the counter to be served at the shop for 25 mins. No one else in there around seven staff working. Was told someone will take the order in five mins twice. No one spoke to me but plenty of staff taking about holidays etc. This was on Friday around 6pm. Got fed up walked out the shop drove to flint and got a pizza for my daughter within 10 mins. Awful place and dirty.

The staff was very talkative.
Food was cooked to order.
Asked the staff to cut the pizza in more pieces. The staff was more than happy to help.
Very clean.
Parking: During the day it is hard to find parking . Very busy street.
