“Just wanted to acknowledge a an excellent member of your team-I think her name was Alice & say how much we appreciated her kindness. We broke down on the way to the ferry in the freezing cold last night (Wednesday 14 Dec) & were stranded with our 8 year old daughter for a number of hours. Alice was so helpful, kind & friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we were ok. It’s great to come across someone like this & restored my faith in the kindness of individuals. She is an asset to your business.
