Two very helpful people in the optician's did an awkward change of the silicon nose pads on my glasses. They were very careful and took their time to ensure my glasses didn't end up broken or dirty. Thank you very much!

First time with Asda opticians and what a lovely service we got, the lovely Rachel was very helpful throughout the process, would highly recommend them but that's from my personal experience. Very pleased with my glasses. Many thanks ?

Went to have my glasses fitted which took half an hour due to a screw problem, wasn't entirely sure that they were correct but I had to leave to get to work, when I had a closer look at them it was obvious that the front of the frames were twisted and the arms were at strange angles, took them back the next day and I was treated as an inconvenience, the guy who had served me the day before said that they were OK when I insisted that they weren't I was passed to a woman assistant who couldn't have been less interested I wasn't even offered a seat so had to stand at the counter while she faffed about bending them into some sort of shape, no apology and not even an attempt at conversation, I'm still not sure that they fit correctly so I'm hoping vision express will sort them out for me, very poor service, the 2 stars are because the glasses themselves seem to be decent quality.

Had an appointment today. Was sat with my hand on my lap, 'penny' comments 'oh is it a little baby bump'Firstly im in my 40's over the age to be having kids but more importantly, I've recently lost 4 stone, I don't have a particular big stomach and was finally feeling better about myself. People really should think before they speak! Honestly I did really feel like walking out. Only saving grace about today's appointment was how lovely and helpful 'sara' was explaining varifocals to me. I was about to move my children here from Specsavers but I think I'll reconsider that!

my wife went there this morning the lady on this morning was excellent helpful in picking the classes that suited my wife best , the gentleman after was just as helpful.could not gave asked for better service

Visited Asda Opticians in Queensferry a few days ago as have recently moved into the area. Exemplary service. Was looked after by Margaret and the rest of the staff who were exceptional and very friendly. Had a pair of new frames glazed with multi focal lenses for hundreds of £?s cheaper that another high street opticians and received some very good care re my complex contact lens prescription all very efficiently. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Great service, friendly staff, had two sets off varifocals and both perfect, at a fraction of the price of high street options. Definitely would advise people to try them out, £45 for varifocals , can't go wrong.
