Awful service, walked in and purchased £9 worth of food and drinks, booked the tickets online a few days ago searched for Cwmbran one but the App jumped to the one saved as my favourites "Cardiff" . We turned up to Cwmbran and was explained that in error I have booked the Cardiff branch. The staff explained they cannot refund (totally understood that) but they said they could ask the manager to see if they would "comp" us in after seeing how frustrated and disappointed we where knowing we wouldn't have got to Cardiff in 5 minutes. She called the manager and the manager had a opportunity to help but they said no. we would have to purchase new tickets costing us another £14+. I appreciate that it was not your error however it would have restored good customer service and faith in Vue if you could help us around a genuine mistake. The showing was half empty so there was nothing to loose by honouring the ticket (even if we paid the upgrade fee as I believe Cardiff is cheeper). We couldn't really afford to purchase the tickets again as this was supposed to be a cheep date night so had to walk out feeling even more let down. So I'm down £14 tickets a pointless bag of chocolates and large drink costing a extra £9 just to have to walk away. Really disappointed this potential act of good will would have cost Vue nothing, they are still showing that film to a half empty audience. I will be taking this complaint further and suggest some customer service satisfaction training for the manager on shift this evening

Comfy seats and generally clean and tidy.Cinema screen itself had a few marks on it which could be seen during certain scenes and one of the surroud sound speakers had a crackle which was irritating.

Vue currently offering 5 tickets for £22 on Groupon - EXCELLENT value - works out at £4 40 a ticket in the Supersavers area.Used 2 yesterday when viewing Aquaman & the Lost Kingdom, the latest blockbuster in the series.Gripping from start to finish, AWESOME cinematography with an equally gripping storyline. A MUST SEE for fans - we were spell bound & loved every minute of it.We visited on Thursday 25th January for the 2 15 performance, only 4/5 of us for that screening. Seats were comfy & we enjoyed the show

Staff very helpful and friendlyNo cash at all now accepted , which is a pain for the kids who want to spend pocket money on popcorn and sweets , but we got stuff from the shop up the road and took our own in .Good seats.The system was down to book any seats on lime from the back 3 rows a fault with the vue world wide not just local cinemas.Experience was good film was fabulousWould definitely recommendParking is near , disabled friendly, and ramps for wheelchairs to use..Food places either side of the cinema, and the bowling alley oz next door. .Cwmbran shopping is over the road so lots of shops near.

What a great way to spend Xmas eve. Wonka was brilliant. Fantastic value for money. The cinema was really clean and tidy and the staff was extremely friendly
