I hate going for eye test this was a post op checkup option was great but the lady who did the test including the puff one was excellent she was very patient with me , kind and calm and managed to do all the test without help from a colleague , which normally happens she really was a star !

The team at Cwmbran where really helpful it would have been 5 stars but for some reason the eye test I had in their Cardiff store in April (Cwmbran was fully booked) was missing off my records, maybe the stores aren't linked, it can be added on my next appointment

Downloaded app, perfect. To get an appointment, perfect. Went in there with my husband to be greeted by the most obnoxious woman. Very rude and an attitude of a grumpy hog. Not only me, I spoke to my sister who also had the bad attitude woman on a different day. Think I will go elsewhere. Cwmbran branch.

I visited the Cwmbran branch on Thursday 5th May with a problem with a pair of sunglasses. I had tried to replace a screw that had come loose but was only partially successful. Clara provided brilliant service and not only replaced the loose screw, but replaced several others that were also damaged. This together with a replacement glasses case made for a very successful visit. Thank you to the Vision Express team.

Visited yesterday for an eye test, the store was quiet and peaceful. My Optician Jumana Arabi was absolutely lovely - a nicer woman you couldn't hope to meet. I'd love to have her again when I'm next due!

Chose vision express for their new eyecare package. Booked for eye test in Cwmbran branch. Everyone there was excellent and I came away with glasses that I'm so happy with. I recommend them very highly. Excellent.

The lady couldn?t show me what super thin and light len s and every pair I picked wasn?t suitable then one pair I liked was going to cost extra as it had to be a special order to be honest I wasn?t very impressed I took my prescription to buy else wherr
