I want to order a statement and have been told I will need to pay £5 for the privilege. I can download it if it appears on the app. But I'm being informed that they will need to order it for it to be available to me to download and That is is £5.

Worst customer services, been with tsb from last 5 year and now from last couple of months starnge things are happening with my account, first my address updated without letting me know and after saying technical fault, and now I am ordering missing bank statments from last couple of week didnt reveive anything yet, every single when I call they re order and says wait for another 7 days. Even make mess with your online banking as well.
