There is an older guy who works here who is fab - very friendly and always gets the orders spot on, however any other time I have been here my drink has been made with whole milk despite me specifically asking for semi skimmed (which is meant to be used as standard).

Very nice place, staff very efficient no waiting around quick service.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's easy access, also disabled toilets.

Dogs loose in shop no body cares about this theres dog friendly and ridiculous and its disgusting when you want sit for a break and dog hair everywhere and strange dogs coming up to you it's not for me I'm a animal lover but hey this too much dirty

Dark, cups left on almost every table, only 3 customers there.
Cups were collected after 20 minutes, though the tables weren't wiped down for another 15 minutes
Decor, tired.
Coffee house competition in cwmbran is stiff, no wonder this one was empty

The establishment is extremely dirty. The floors tables everything is just so dirty and sticky. The toilet even worse i had to go else where. No cash payments made it hard. Disabled woman outside the girl wouldnt give an extra chair for her to sit on because all the outside chairs are occupied.

The girl making the drinks made drinks for her friends before me, even though they had come in and ordered after me. Not impressed. Dark decor, not inviting or comfortable, will not be going there again.

Visited Cwmbran, Coffee great, service great, but what a depressing place, painted navy and black, bare walls and not very inviting.
