I use the app, order and collect, you can book in when you get there and the item is brought to you at the collection desk. Friendly staff and well stocked, you can reserve an item and if its not in stock you can change store to see if they have it.

Not helpful staff all I wanted was a blade to cut a few floor boards, he would not give me the blade, tried to sell me a circular saw and a jig saw had to leave the Pontypool one and go get it from cwmbran instead what a waste of time
