Myself and my partner have had an excellent experience going through Sage & Co to rent a property. They've been incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. They quickly sorted out a few teething issues with the property and communication between us, them and the landlord has been the best we've ever had from a agents. Highly recommend.

Easy to communicate with. Decent knowledge of the property involved. Ideally details of previous / current utilities suppliers, whether pictures etc could be put etc, would have been helpful.Apart from that, there was a very simple process to follow re paperwork, contacts, deposit etc
