REDUCED HOURS 8-10AM!! Wtfff. Thanks for royally shafting us with those times whenever you miss your mail would have to wait until the weekend if cannot redirect it somewhere else? what a JOKE PLEASE SORT THIS ISSUE OUT. Atleast RE-OPEN 4-7PM for collections??

If I could give Royal Mail 0 stars, I would. Moved into my new build property in October, didn't receive any mail for 2, going on nearly 3, months. Had to ring the helpline multiple times to get fobbed off with excuses such as "not enough staff in the area" and "unsafe to deliver to your address". Firstly, it is not my issue that you do not have enough staff, that's no excuse to withhold a person's mail. Secondly, if the property is not safe to deliver to then how have the developers allowed me to live here? There are pedestrian walkways and street lighting in place. Left with no option but to pay for re-direction service to my parents (which is actually down the road and regularly receives post) and you can't even get that right. Sometimes I get post at my address, sometimes to the address I wanted my post re-directed to. Absolute joke, how is it that difficult to deliver mail? Royal Mail, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Please when delivering parcels could you check you are delivering them to the correct address. We had a notification that one had been delivered and signed for yesterday but we hadnt received it. Luckily this time we managed to chase it up where it had been delivered to and pick it up at the address it had been left at.

Please when delivering a parcel could you give more time than knock and go this has happened twice this week. Some people it takes a little longer to answer the door due to ill health, disability or elderly.

Terrible 2 parcels due 1 of which already lied said called here friday when they did not nearly 5pm on a Monday and still no sign of either total disgraceAnd they want more money not even worth what they are getting paid probably stealing the parcels

Pathetic opening times for collection, 2 hours from 8-10am and website says that can be stopped half hour early if they can't be bothered, so 1 and a half hours for anyone and everyone to collect parcels right when most people start work.. no excuse for it.

i live in croesyceiliog. why are we getting mail every 3 days had important mail 3 days late. it arrived after 3 o'clock last saturday i mist an nhs appointment i had spent the last year waiting for. what is going on. the mail has gone to the dogs.

No post for over a week despite sellers on e-bay providing evidence of posting weeks ago. Sorting office never open and never answer the phone. And they want more money. What a joke.

No post for over a week despite having proof of postage from multiple retailers from a week ago. Postman not been seen in the street either. Phone number isn't in service, no public explaination as to why our post isn't being delivered or when we can expect it. NOT good enough and not providing the service they've been paid to provide.

Why would you reduce hours so that anyone working in a school can't pick up their parcels until a weekend . Most working people can't make these hours .What were they thinking ?
