This is a great Primark. It's big enough to have everything you need but not so big that's it's overwhelming, like the Cardiff one.

I hate self serve checkout. I got a cardigan wanted to pay cash. There was only one person serving on the tills, there was a queue and the sales person was held up with a customer.
I ended up going on the self serve (paid by card) my light went off my one item needed to have a check !! I waited then looked around and there was a staff member in a world of her own. I shouted excuse me which brought her around.
No sorry for the wait no nothing not a word.
Primark is not what it use to be, under quality product for more money and no moral in the staff, not worth going in any more

Primark used to be a great store that I'd shop in quite often. The ground floor was women's clothes and the top floor was men's clothes and items were nice and affordable, nowadays this is not the case.
The men's section has been massively reduced to a corner of the store with very limited choice for items, and those items are twice as expensive now. Please bring back the old store layout and give us guys some actually decent clothes again. Men should have the same amount of choice for clothes as women do.

Not rating it 5 stars as the baby section is tiny compared to other primarks I?ve been too. There is around 7 or 8 self check outs but only 4 are used, I would like to know why as it seems counterintuitive having the machines but not allowing people to use them? I always go to the self checkouts as the line for tills are always long. Other than that, it?s a standard two floors primark, smaller sections then others I?ve been too but other than that, it?s ok. I would say it?s not as cheap as it used to be but that?s a comment on the whole company, not this individual primark.

Primark has good deals, like every shop, you have to look at quality handbags,shoes, stitching etc . Cwmbran store, although till both upstairs and down can be big que. The store is in a large building with 2 levels that offer almost everything you need for clothes ,shoes,bedding, etc. With good value for money
