Hotel is great, not pushy lets you do whatever you gotta do, I liked it and the x24 route is on the road so easy to get to places like newport or Blaenavon
Rooms: Comfy beds. Air con,
Food and drinks: breakfast is nice but not as unlimited as it seems only the continental food is fully unlimited which got ransacked and ran out everyday by 9:45am.
Noteworthy details: my room had a bathtub which was deep and the water ran out fast and was nice and hot which i really liked.

I stayed here for a funeral for a friend. The rooms were very clean and pleasant staff helpful in finding somewhere to eat.

Food and drinks: Popped in for a meal after walking nearby,hoped to make breakfast but missed,so had a 2 for one deal which was OK.

Lovely hotel, couldn?t get friendlier, more helpful reception staff. In fact all staff here are awesome. Lovely clean rooms, comfy bed and quiet, had such a good nights sleep. Great location with a decent pub next door to eat breakfast or any time of day meals. Will defo stay here again!

The Staff were very welcoming and the booking in process was very easy. Public areas and rooms were clean and tidy. Food was provided by the the Public House next to the hotel. Was served hot and there were no long waits. Choice was as you would expect. Staff well organised. Great location with easy access to the Town Centre just a short walk away. Staff in both sites gave great customer service nothing was too much, friendly and accommodating. A very good stay.

Stayed here on 24th may for the night. Lovely little premier inn in a cute location. Staff were very friendly and professional. The room (32) was very clean and had everything you'd expect the bed was the best part super comfortable with lovely pillows. We had a breakfast the next morning and the premium sausages were very spongy like a cheap sausage. The rest of the breakfast was great however and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again especially once the hotels breakfast room is ready (staff member told us the restaurant is being sold off). Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the area 5 stars.
