Racist staff will stare at you, I walked in to get a drink had a member of staff started following me when I asked her what the problem was she said that I looked like a thief so she's making sure I that I don't steal anything call bullshit she clearly didn't like the fact that I'm a person of colour. Look out for her she has short platinum blonde hair and short and pudgy.

This is a great shop with a huge variety of items, I'd say a better variety than some of the larger superstores in the area. Prices are very low too, vast majority of things are definitely worth what you pay for them in here. It's connected to pep & co which has a huge clothing range for men women and children at good prices too

ON ASKING TO EXCANGECLOTHING UNWORN LABELED ? , FOR EXCHANGE AS THE SIZES ARNT WHAT THEY SEEMED TO BE ( XMASS PRESENT ?) WE WERE TOLD RUDELY BY AN ASSISTANT TOUGH THEY DONT TAKE ANYTHING BACK UNLESS ITS DAMAGED & WITH A RECEIPT ?. NO RETURNS POLICY IS ADVERTISED , BUT ON GOOGLE IT SAYS DIFFERENT ..WONT SHOP AT POUDLAND AGAIN I AND MY WIFE KIDS SPENT HUNDREDS OVER A YEAR ....NOT ANY MORE .POOR IGNORANT SERVICE

Great small shop. Lots of bargains, staff happy to help, they will carry a basket around for you as they don't have any trolleys.Check it out and ask the staff to carry your basket.

Used to be a terrific shops with great deals but since Pep&Co joined its gone a bit downhill. Store is cramped (especially now they moved the till area) and it?s hard to actually find items for £1despite it?s name. Don?t get me wrong, the staff and service are amazing, but it?s sad to see such a good shop go downhill overtime and it?s not how it used to be.
