Never go here again took my toy poodle Alfie in for grooming ..suppose they don't understand what a poodle cut means as he came out totally bold and I payed extra 12 pound for flee bath ..well needless to say he was still coverd in them ...I paid 15 deposit then 51 rediculous amount for a bold cut I always take alfie to classy mutz...matted and he has come back lovely and fluffy with a poodle cut ..but unfortunately couldn't get a appointment. So decided to give pets at home a go ...never ever again james was the guy that groomed Alfie I will never go again ..I could have put the buzzers on him myself if I wanted a bold dog?

Popped in to get a few things for our new cat. When we got to the till, Dan served us and informed us of the potential discount and free items that we were not aware of. Quite often you dismiss this when shopping anywhere else. But Dan made sure that we were aware of the saving, as it was a large purchase. He helped set us up on the app, double quick time. And we walked out with very nice saving and free bits. Thank you so much Dan. Amazing experience today ?.
